How to leave your review (step-by-step)

  1. Click on the product you have at home below. If you bought more than one, choose the one you are most satisfied with — or the one you have the most to say about (good or not so good, everything counts).
  2. Once you land on the product page, scroll down to the middle of the page (just after the "Add to cart" button and the images).
  3. Look for the section titled "Customer Reviews" (still in English, sorry). You'll see the average star rating and a phrase like "Based on X reviews".
  4. Click on the "Write a review" button. A small form will open.
  5. Fill in: number of stars, short title, comment, name (or anonymous), and email. You do not need to create an account.
  6. Submit. Your review will go into moderation and be published within 24-48 hours. Done.

Can't see the reviews section? Sometimes it takes 2-3 seconds to load. Refresh the page or scroll to the bottom of the product page. If it still doesn't appear, reply to the email you received — we'll help you directly.
