Who is
Ana Cristina has been with Dreamura since the brand's launch. She is the Sleep Advisor – the person who answers when you call, advises when there are technical questions, and supports the customer from the first contact to delivery and throughout the trial period.
Before Dreamura, she worked in specialized customer support for sleep products. At Dreamura, she received internal training in sleep physiology, spinal ergonomics, and mattress materials. She knows our entire range by heart – she knows what each model does, who it's for, and what not to recommend.
What she does
Pre-purchase advice
If you're torn between two models, or don't know where to start, she can help. No pressure. No hard selling. She asks the right questions – how you sleep, what pains you have, what you disliked about previous mattresses – and then recommends 1 or 2 models. Never the entire catalogue.
Post-purchase support
In the first few weeks with a new mattress, questions always arise – "is this normal?", "how long do I need to wait?". Ana Cristina is the one who answers. And if something isn't working during the 100-night trial, she's the one you can talk to about alternatives or returns.
Problem resolution
If something went wrong – a delivery delay, a manufacturing defect, a warranty question – she coordinates with the team to resolve it quickly. Our commitment is a 48-hour working day replacement in case of a defect.
Internal training
She keeps the Dreamura team informed about new developments, improvements, and the feedback we receive from customers – this feedback shapes the next products we develop.
What she doesn't do
Ana Cristina is not a doctor. If you have specific pains or health problems, we always recommend consulting your doctor or physical therapist. Her advice is technical (which mattress for which sleep profile, which pillow for which type of numbness), never medical.
