Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Europe, except the United Kingdom and the Balearic Islands (Spain). Additionally, bed bases, toppers, and headboards are not delivered to the Portuguese Islands (Madeira and the Azores).
2. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the user at the time of purchase, which may be their residence or any other valid address within the mentioned delivery areas.
Home delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
3. Delivery Costs and Timeframes
Delivery costs and estimated timeframes will be communicated to the user at the time of ordering and are considered accepted once the order is confirmed. These values may be adjusted during promotions or when the nature or size of the items requires it, and there may be an update to the delivery cost after payment and before shipment. Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges are always due and the responsibility of the user. The shipping fees accepted by the user at the time of order refer to a service provided by Dreamura or its distribution partner, with the sole purpose of delivering the ordered product from point A (Dreamura’s warehouse or supplier’s warehouse) to point B (the address specified by the user). Once the order has been received at point B, this service is considered complete and does not apply to future orders. Dreamura commits to delivering the ordered items as quickly as possible and will make every effort to ensure delivery occurs within the estimated timeframe given at the time of order confirmation. The delivery period will never exceed 30 days, and this deadline is considered contractually binding in accordance with Article 19(1) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14/02.
4. Delays and Liability
Dreamura is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, including transport strikes, user error, or actions by third parties.
5. Order Tracking
To track the status of an ongoing order, the user may contact Customer Support via the contact form available on the website.
6. Proof of Delivery
Proof of delivery consists of the delivery note and the associated delivery documents, namely the acceptance form from the shipping company and the document signed by the recipient at the time of delivery.
7. Warranty
When the warranty is activated, we will proceed with the appropriate repair or replacement of the product that shows a lack of conformity within the warranty period, with no labour or shipping costs charged. We reserve the right to inspect the mattress before any repair or replacement to determine the nature or origin of the defect and whether it is covered under the warranty.
8. Inability to Deliver
If, after shipment, Dreamura or its delivery partner is unable to deliver the ordered product for reasons not attributable to them (for example, but not limited to: no one available at the delivery address, failure to collect the product from the post office within the given timeframe, or failure to collect the order from the courier pickup point), Dreamura will notify the user by email about the failed delivery within 8 days after the delivery attempt or collection deadline, repeating the notification under the same terms and on the same date (if applicable). A second shipment may incur additional delivery costs.
9. Storage of Uncollected Orders
If the order is not re-delivered (for reasons not attributable to Dreamura), Dreamura will store the order for a period of 6 months from the initial shipping date. The user may collect the order freely during this period, subject to an additional fee of 5% of the product price as compensation for administrative costs incurred by Dreamura. If the order is not collected during this period, Dreamura will consider it as a definitive breach of contract by the user. From the moment this breach is established, Dreamura is fully released from any obligation to store the order, and the user forfeits any right to request delivery or a refund.
