A mattress that didn't exist in any catalogue — built for over 200 beds
A European student-housing group needed to renew over 200 beds in Portugal, led by Lisbon and Porto, without giving up three things: mattresses for intensive use, flame-retardant fabric (EN 597) and custom sizes. No catalogue product met all three. We designed an exclusive model from scratch, installed a sample in Carcavelos for approval, and only then moved into series production.
From showroom to room-by-room installation
A property-management company wanted to see and touch before deciding: they came to our Lisbon showroom. They left with 20 mattresses and 20 bed bases for a project in Leiria. We handled everything — production, delivery and installation — with no supplier juggling for the client. What mattered most wasn't the order: it was the invitation to the next projects.
15 custom mattresses and 60 duvets exclusive to this project
A hospitality and events institution wanted to renew the rest in its rooms with something that was theirs alone. We designed 15 mattresses tailored to the property's needs and produced 60 two-tone Nordic duvets — pieces that came into existence because of it.
