What is the Dreamura Trade Program

Interior designers and architects specify dozens of products each year across residential, hotel and contract projects. The Dreamura Trade Program exists to make that collaboration simpler, faster and financially more advantageous for professionals who specify regularly.

It is not a promotional discount. It is a permanent program for partners who share our philosophy: minimalist design, quality materials, Portuguese craftsmanship.

What you get when you join

Special commercial terms

We discuss specific commercial terms adapted to your volume and project type. Applicable to mattresses, pillows, divans, headboards, duvets, textiles — the entire Dreamura range.

Production priority

Trade projects enter our priority production queue. Typical lead times: 1-2 weeks (vs 2-3 standard) for volumes up to 10 units.

Samples at symbolic cost

Physical samples of pillows, duvets and fabrics to present to clients. Cost of €20-50 per kit, deductible from the project's first order.

Dedicated Trade catalog

Range PDF with technical specs, certifications (EN 597, Oeko-Tex), standard and custom dimensions, Trade terms table. Ready to share with your clients.

Personalised technical support

Direct line with Ana Cristina (Dreamura Sleep Advisor) for technical questions about product fit for end-user profiles.

Showroom in Algés

Client meetings at our Algés showroom, with products on-site to experience.

Co-marketing

For relevant projects: professional project photography, sharing across our social channels (Instagram @dreamuraworld), case study with the designer as partner.

  • Private buyers for their own residence

  • Own short-term rental managers (use the B2B Hospitality Program)

How to join

  1. Send an email to filipa.santos@dreamura.com with subject "Dreamura Trade Program".
  2. Include professional details: name and studio name, company or freelance VAT number, online portfolio/website, business email and mobile phone.
  3. Within 48 working hours we validate and send: commercial terms tailored to you, link to download the Trade catalog PDF, and an invitation to a call with Ana Cristina (optional).

Commercial terms

Payment

Bank transfer or card upon order. For projects above €3,000, we offer Net 30 after the first confirmed order.

Warranty and returns

100-night trial for the end client, 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects, replacement within 48h in case of defect.

Invoicing

Invoice issued to the end client or to the designer/studio, as you prefer.

Frequently asked questions

Do Trade terms combine with other promotions?

Trade terms are already the best offer we provide. They do not combine with other public promotional campaigns.

Can I pass the discount to my end client?

Yes. Designers are free to include the benefit in the proposal to the client, keep it as margin, or share partially.

Can I specify Dreamura products for hotels?

Yes, but for hotel volumes (over 10 rooms) we suggest the B2B Hospitality Program with specific terms for that segment.
