Frequently asked questions
Shinsen or Sui — which one cools more?
The Shinsen dissipates heat at the surface, with the TPE cover. The Sui has gel particles in the core. Both work; choose by firmness — the Shinsen is firm, the Sui is soft.
Does the cooling effect last?
It does. It is not a spray or a treatment: it is the physical property of TPE. It lasts for the whole life of the pillow.
Is it for all year round or only for summer?
It works best in summer. In cold homes, some customers find it too cool in winter. If that is your case, the Sui has a more subtle effect.
Is it machine washable?
The pillow is not. Use a pillowcase and wash the pillowcase weekly.
How long does it take to adapt?
7 to 14 nights.
