Down vs feathers — what's the difference?
Down is the inner layer, warmer and lighter. Feathers are the outer layer, stiffer. Down is more expensive, softer, warmer.
Is it allergenic?
The down is treated and hypoallergenic. Those with known respiratory allergies should avoid it and prefer Yuki (wool) or Yawara (memory foam).
How do I wash it?
Annual professional cleaning recommended. Cover can be machine washed at 30°C. Always keep inside a pillowcase.
