Frequently asked questions
How long does the body take to adjust?
Typically 14 to 21 nights. The body is used to the previous mattress and needs that time to adjust — which is why the trial is 100 nights and not 10.
What is the difference between the Takumi and the Mizu?
The Takumi has Kokoro memory foam, 26 cm and medium firmness. The Mizu has no memory foam, is 23 cm and high firmness. Those who grew up on traditional springs usually prefer the Mizu.
Which size should I choose?
Measure the bed base and choose the matching size. If you sleep with a partner, 160 cm of width gives enough space for both. Cannot find the size? We make it to measure.
Can the mattress be rotated and flipped?
Yes. It allows rotation and flipping. Rotating every three months spreads the wear.
