Nobi or Kaiteki?
Nobi is a normal viscoelastic pillow. Kaiteki is ergonomic with a specific shape. For general use, Nobi. For persistent cervical pain, Kaiteki.
Nobi or Yawara?
Yawara has flakes mixed with viscoelastic. Nobi is pure perforated viscoelastic. Yawara is more "normal pillow"; Nobi is more "pure memory foam".
Does it get warm?
Less than non-perforated viscoelastic. The perforations allow air to circulate. But it still gets warmer than feathers or fibers. For very hot summers, consider Sui or Shinsen.
