How long does it take to adapt?
Between 7 to 14 days. The first few nights it may feel strange — the shape is different from what you're used to. Persist for at least 10 nights before deciding.

Is it also suitable for back sleepers?
It works acceptably, but the shape was optimized for side sleeping. For back sleepers, Yuki (firm, low) or Mochi (medium).

Does it replace a medical consultation?
No. If you have diagnosed cervicalgia or severe pain, speak to your doctor or physical therapist. This pillow can be a help, not a cure.
