How Our Pillows Are Made
Partilhar
No pillow in our range is made by chance. Each one has a filling and a height designed for a sleeping position. Let me tell you how they're made.
First, the function is decided
Before the filling comes the question: who sleeps how? A pillow for side sleepers needs height and firmness to fill the space between the shoulder and neck. One for stomach sleepers has to be low and soft, otherwise it strains the neck.
Then the filling is chosen
Memory foam molds and holds its shape — that's what's in the Kaiteki and the Nobi, the ones I usually suggest for side sleepers. Natural fibres give a lower-profile, more malleable pillow, like the Kapok Hikari or the Natura Bambu, better for back or stomach sleepers. And some fillings help regulate temperature, like the Shinsen, for those who get hot at night.

And only then is it sewn
The core is assembled, the cover is cut and sewn around it, and the piece goes through inspection before being packaged. It's the same care we put into our mattresses — in the same factory, in Portugal.
Which one is yours?
If you don't know where to start, tell me how you sleep and I'll tell you which one to test. Side sleeper? Kaiteki or Nobi. Back sleeper? Natura Bambu or Natura Toki. Stomach sleeper? Kapok Hikari. Get hot at night? Shinsen or Sui. You have 100 nights to confirm if we got it right.
"The wrong pillow ruins a good mattress. It's worth getting both right."
