The importance of your baby's sleep.

Sleep is one of the most important pillars for a baby's development. In addition to recharging energy, good sleep contributes to healthy growth, brain development, memory consolidation, and emotional regulation. A well-rested baby cries less, interacts better, and is more available to play, learn, and explore.
A baby's sleep is very different from an adult's. In the first few months, babies go through shorter sleep cycles and alternate between light and deep sleep several times a night. It's normal for them to wake up when hungry or for comfort.
Tips to help your baby sleep better:
- Create a consistent routine: regular times for bathing, feeding, and sleeping help the baby understand it's time to rest.
- Calm and safe environment: a cool, quiet, and dark room promotes sleep.
- Signs of tiredness: yawns, rubbing eyes, or irritability indicate it's time to sleep.
- Crib comfort: firm mattresses and comfortable bedding provide security and coziness.
Remember that each baby has their own timing, and consistency is the bridge to rest. More than comfort, quality sleep is an investment in the health and harmony of the entire family.
