Before you decide
Earplugs reduce noise. They do not remove it.
Close, high-pitched sounds, like an alarm clock on the bedside table, still come through. If you are a very heavy sleeper, set the alarm to vibrate.
The most common reason people buy earplugs from us is a snoring partner. They help a lot — but if the snoring is loud and constant, it is worth treating the cause.
- No trial periodFor hygiene reasons, earplugs have no at-home trial.
- If you feel pain or itchingTalk to your doctor before using them continuously, especially with a history of ear infections.
- If they bother you on your sideThe size is wrong. Try the smaller one — that is why all three come together.
Frequently asked questions
Yasuragi or Seijaku?

Do they work against snoring?
It is the most common reason people buy earplugs from us. They help a lot, but if the snoring is loud and constant it is worth treating the cause.
