The whole bedroom built around the mattress for back sleepers.
Hisui (翡翠) means jade. It's a foam mattress — Utakata high-resilience foam and Kokoro viscoelastic foam, no springs — 26 cm high with firm firmness. The surface follows the spine and keeps alignment for anyone who sleeps on their back or wakes up with back pain.
Around it, the set completes the bedroom: a storage base, a vertical-line headboard, low pillows that don't strain the neck, and the textiles that dress the bed. All made in Portugal.

Is the Hisui very firm?
Yes, it's firm — designed for support. If you sleep on your side and want more cushioning, talk to us first: the Takumi may suit you better.
Does it have springs?
No. The Hisui is foam only (high-resilience + viscoelastic), giving a more stable, quieter feel.
Does it help with back pain?
A firm, stable mattress helps keep the spine aligned, which is what most guidance points to for non-specific lower back pain. It is not a medical device: if the pain is chronic, speak to a healthcare professional.
I'd prefer just the mattress and bedding, no base.
