What if it is too firm for me?

Does it have springs or foam?
Both: a high-resistance Bonnel spring core with a memory foam layer on top.
Does it help with back pain?
Firm support keeps the spine aligned, above all for those who sleep on their back. In case of chronic pain, speak to your doctor before deciding.
Is it very firm?
It is extra firm. The memory foam layer softens the contact, but the overall feel is firm. If you are looking for soft comfort, this is not the mattress.
How long does it take to adjust?
14 to 21 nights, above all if you are coming from a mattress that had started to sag.
