Frequently asked questions
Can I order several rooms? Yes, and that's what it's for. There are specific terms for volume — talk to Ana Cristina before ordering unit by unit.
Why does it come with two Hinode pillows and not two Nobi? Because in accommodation the pillow is the piece replaced most often, and the Hinode is the option that allows restocking without weighing on the budget.
Does it come with a headboard? No. Yado includes base, mattress and bedding. Headboards are sold separately, in four colours.
What firmness is the mattress? Medium. It's the firmness that suits most guests — in a guest room you don't know the body that'll sleep in the bed, and medium firmness is the one that fails least often.
Do you issue invoices with a company tax number? Yes. State the tax number on the order.
