Frequently asked questions

Okinawa or Himeji?
These are the two bases without visible legs. The Okinawa sits on the floor and creates the floating effect; the Himeji has a medium profile and sits slightly higher. If the room is already low or small, the Himeji may be more practical.

How do you clean underneath?
There is no gap underneath, so it does not gather dust or lost objects. For a deep clean, the base can be moved with the help of two people.

Is it too low to get up from?
It depends on the mattress you put on top. With a mattress of 23 to 30 cm the seat height is comfortable for most adults. If the height of getting out of bed is a concern, the Nara or the Akita sit higher.

Does it work with any mattress?
