Does cotton protect against liquids?
Yes. It has an invisible inner waterproof layer. The surface you feel is cotton; the barrier is underneath.

Can it withstand frequent washes?
Yes. It was designed for intensive domestic use. Washing 1-2 times a month at 40-60°C does not degrade the fabric.

Does it fit a 30 cm mattress?
Yes. Elastics adjust to mattresses from 14 to 30 cm.
