Who it is for
Fitted sheet only — and why that is useful
The fitted sheet is the piece of bedding that gets washed the most and wears out first. It is in contact with the body all night, and in a full set it is always the one that gives out before the flat sheet and pillowcases.
Selling it separately solves two situations: replacing the worn piece without throwing out a set that is still good, and having a spare fitted sheet to change the bed without waiting for the washing machine.
Kihon (基本) means the basics, the fundamental.

In a sheet set, the fitted sheet gives out well before the flat sheet and pillowcases — it is in contact with the body all night and goes into the machine more often. Replacing just that piece extends the life of the whole set.

What is included?

What sizes are available?
Two: beds of 80/90 and 140/160 cm.
Does it fit a tall mattress?
What matters is the mattress's height, not the bed's width. Measure the height and check the size it accepts before ordering.
Why is it not 100% cotton?
Because it is the piece that goes into the machine most often. The 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend dries much faster and creases little. In exchange, it breathes less than pure cotton.
Is the elastic all the way round?
Yes, it holds on around the whole edge, not just the corners — that is what keeps it from coming loose during the night.
Why is only the fitted sheet sold?
Because it is the piece that wears out first. Replacing just that one extends the life of the whole set, and having a spare solves the day you change the bed and the washing machine has not finished yet.
What is the warranty?
