What it is for
This is the cot duvet sold on its own, without a protector or pillow. It is bought when you already have the rest of the layette, or to have a second one while the first is being washed — which happens more often than you would think with cot bedding.

The duvet has a right age to enter the cot.
Safe sleep guidance for the early months is clear: the baby sleeps on their back, on a firm, flat surface, without pillows, without loose duvets and without soft objects in the cot.
This duvet is intended for the stage when the child can already use it safely. Being the warmest in the range, also watch for overheating: a room between 18 and 21°C is usually recommended. If in doubt about your case, speak to your paediatrician.

What is the weight of the filling?
200 g/m². It is the highest in the baby range — the Beppu and the Neru have 120 g/m² and the Okayama 80 g/m².
Does it come with a cover or protector?
No. This is the duvet sold on its own. For the cover, see the Matsuyama set, which has the same 115x150 cm size.
Does it fit a standard cot?
Yes. The 115x150 cm matches the standard PT/EU cot, including the Nekasu Cot.
What certifications does it have?
The fabrics carry OEKO-TEX Standard 100, tested against substances that are harmful to a baby's skin.
Can it go in the washing machine?
Yes, at a low temperature. Air drying preserves the filling best.
Will it not overheat?
It is the warmest in the range, designed for cold rooms. In heated rooms, the Okayama (80 g/m²) or the Beppu (120 g/m²) make more sense.
