Percale, sateen or Norudikku?
Dreamura's three duvet cover lines are all 100% cotton. What changes is the weave, and with it, the feel:

Thread count is only comparable within the same weave. More threads isn't better — it's a different fabric.

Which size should I choose?
By the size of the duvet that goes inside: 160×220 for 90 cm beds, 240×220 for 140/160 cm beds, 260×240 for 180 cm beds. If the duvet is from another brand, check the size on the label before choosing.
Is cotton sateen the same as silk sateen?
No. "Sateen" refers to the weave, not the fiber. This cover is 100% cotton woven in a sateen weave: it has the drape and subtle sheen of sateen, with the breathability and easy care of cotton.
How do I stop the duvet shifting inside the cover?
By fastening the four corners of the duvet to the corners of the cover, with ties or corner clips. It's the method used in hospitality and it solves the problem in covers from any line.
