The tufting, and the 120 cm
Tufting is the finish where the upholstery is pulled taut at regular points, forming a raised diamond pattern. It is not a printed pattern on the fabric — it is structural: each point is fixed to the wood behind it, which holds the filling in place and stops it shifting over years of leaning back against it.
It is also the finish that takes the most work to execute, and so the one that most depends on being done by hand.
120 cm high. It is a tall headboard, designed to show above the bedding and to serve as a backrest for reading. Measure the wall: with 120 cm added to the bed height, the piece rises quite a bit — and in a room with a low window or a sloped ceiling that matters.

A tall headboard changes the proportion of the room, for the better — but it needs clear wall above the bed. Measure the height available up to the window, a picture frame or a sloped ceiling before ordering.
