Fragrance
The last gesture before you turn off the light.
Two sprays on the pillow take five seconds. It is the shortest gesture in the ritual and the easiest to repeat every night.
-
1
Scent at the right distance
On the pillow, the fragrance sits 20 cm from your face instead of diluting in the room. You notice it with far less product.
-
2
Lavender, mint and cardamom
The top notes are the ones you notice when you lie down. The mint and cardamom stop the lavender from smelling like laundry perfume.
-
3
No flame, no supervision
It can be used once you are in bed with the light off. That is the practical difference from the candle.
-
4
150 ml, dark glass bottle
Dark glass protects the composition from light. With two to three sprays a night it lasts 2 to 3 months.
Candle, spray or diffuser?
All three share the same GOOD NIGHT fragrance. The difference is where it is used and how long it lasts.

What the Adviser says
“Scent is the part of the ritual the body learns fastest.”
What works is not the aroma itself. It is that it is always the same, always at the same time. The brain links the scent to the routine and starts to use it as a warning that the day is over.
I suggest starting with just one of the three and using it for two weeks in a row before adding another.
— Ana Cristina, Sleep Adviser
- Scent is a signal, not a sedativeIt does not put anyone to sleep. What it does is mark the passage from day to night, and that repetition is what counts.
- Always at the same timeUsed at the right time, 30 to 60 minutes before bed, the body starts to link the scent with rest in about two weeks.
- It does not replace treatmentIf you have persistent insomnia, sleep apnoea or take sleep medication, talk to your doctor. A fragrance does not solve any of these.
Frequently asked questions
Does it stain bedding?
Not on cotton and linen. On silk, satin or delicate fabrics, test first on a hidden area and let it dry before repeating.
How many sprays are needed?
Two to three, about 20 cm from the pillow. More than that makes the fragrance heavy rather than longer-lasting.
How long does the bottle last?
150 ml lasts 2 to 3 months with daily use.
Can I take it travelling?
Yes. In checked luggage without restrictions. In hand luggage, 150 ml exceeds the 100 ml limit applied in the EU, so it has to go in the hold.
Does this really help you sleep?
It is not a health product and does not treat sleep problems. What it does is give the end of the day a constant, recognisable signal. It is the repetition that helps, not the ingredient.
Is it suitable for people with allergies?
It contains fragrance. If you have a respiratory allergy, asthma or sensitivity to perfumes, test it first in a ventilated space or avoid it. If in doubt, talk to your doctor.
Can it be used in a child's bedroom?
We do not recommend it in the rooms of babies or small children. In adult bedrooms and shared spaces, yes.
How long does delivery take?
Immediate dispatch, with free delivery to mainland Portugal on orders over €50.
